Das Landgericht Stendal ( Urteil vom 13.11.2008, Az. 31 O 50/08) hatte unlängst entschieden, dass die Werbung mit dem Zusatz „CE-geprüft“ irreführend ist und einen Wettbewerbsverstoß darstellt.
Das Gericht stellte klar, dass das CE-Zeichen kein Qualitätssiegel ist, sondern lediglich ausdrückt, dass der Hersteller die geltenden europäischen Richtlinien eingehalten hat.
